Ostrov − miasto w zachodnich Czechach, w kraju karlowarskim, u podnóża Rudaw. Według danych z 31 grudnia 2007 powierzchnia miasta wynosiła 5 041 ha, a liczba jego mieszkańców 17 250 osób. Miasto jest znane również pod nazwą Ostrov nad Ohří – tak nazywa się stacja kolejowa. Do roku 2004 w tutejszych zakładach Škoda Transportation produkowano trolejbusy. Centrum miasta ma status miejskiej strefy zabytkowej.
